Shipping policy

All orders are subject to 10 business day fulfillment. 

NEW / PRE-SALE: Merchandise that falls under the category of NEW or PRE-SALE are items that MAY be prepared, packaged, shipped, and arrive at their destination at a later than normal time. This is based on varying factors that will be communicated, if needed, to the customer in a timely fashion. 

RNC to ship all items via either USPS, FEDEX, or UPS.  Items can take between 5 to 10 business days to arrive via shipping based upon logistics of shipping companies. Tash Sultana and RNC are not responsible for lost items. All claims are to be filed with the shipper.
